14th Avenue in Ballard is one those streets that maintenance has seemingly forgotten about. The cracks, tracks, potholes, and lifted pavement keeps cyclists on our toes. It even keeps motorists on their toes. I regularly see cars weaving back and forth in the lane to avoid all of the hazards.
