This is a great little video explaining the dance we do with traffic, for our safety and for theirs. As cyclists, we need to take the lead.
Bicycling in traffic is a dance you lead from Keri Caffrey on Vimeo.
Thanks to Keri Caffrey over at Commute Orlando for making this excellent video.
Where in Seattle can you taking riding classes? I think I know a good amount but I want to make sure that I know everything I need to be safe.
The majority of the local classes are taught at Cascade Bicycle Club.
The Urban Cycling Techniques classes are the ones you are looking for:

The next class is on 3/27 and 3/28 (it is a Saturday-Sunday combination).

Seattle Children’s Hospital has classes for their employees. Cascade’s commute department does classes for employers.
A few others do personalized classes.
Beyond these classes, if you are looking at the athletic side, Cycle-U has a full training program for high performance cycling.
Thanks for the video. I’ve blogged it at http://gettinaroundpnw.blogspot.com/2010/03/bicyclists-leading-our-dance-with.html with a hat tip to you!
